About us

The office is staffed by two resident partners, Nick Carnell and Mark Wilson, who between them have over 40 years experience of working in the construction, insurance and arbitration sectors.

Kennedys’ office is well suited to dealing with the particular challenges of a rapidly evolving marketplace such as Dubai. The firm specialises in providing advice not only in relation to the resolution of disputes and formal proceedings but also during the course of projects and at their inception. The office is also fully familiar with the innovative approach of the Dubai International Financial Centre, and indeed was the first firm to issue a claim form within DIFC Courts.

In addition the firm continues to develop its successful association with Habib al Mulla Associates which has allowed us to benefit from their experience of dealings in the Dubai Courts and where appropriate we instruct our associated practice to appear in the local courts.
