- Dispute resolution, including litigation, arbitration, adjudications, subrogated recovery actions and alternative dispute resolution in the UK and abroad covering underground tunnelling, airport runways, motorways, commercial buildings, residential development and onshore/offshore oil projects.
- Dispute resolution, in particular major fire, flood and storm claims. Involved in WTC reinsurance coverage disputes on behalf of London market insurers. Heavily involved in subrogated recovery actions relating to the Buncefield explosion.

Policy drafting including the complete re-drafting of numerous major London market insurers’ property damage and business interruption policies.
