In this edition, we report on two recent decisions of the High Court, the first of which clarifies the acceptable margin of error in relation to surveyors' negligence claims, whilst the second assesses insurers' loss of a chance following late notification. We also report on the Court of Appeal's recent decision concerning the order of erosion of layers of insurance.
