• Specific insurance work includes regulatory advice (both IA and SFC), advice on and drafting of portfolio transfers, policy wording (including D and O), agency and broking agreements and bonds and counter indemnities.
• Specific IT work includes advising on and drafting procurement (hardware and software), systems integration, outsourcing, software and know-how, development and licensing contracts and advising on data privacy issues.
• Specific construction experience includes drafting and negotiating pre-bid agreements, joint ventures, tenders and qualifications, bonds, guarantees and direct warranties, main contracts, sub-contracts, design and consultancy agreements.
