• Acted for a consulting engineer in a £28 million dispute brought by the contractor in respect of the design of various works on 34km of highway
• Acted for Canary Wharf group and their insurers in respect of various claims arising under the project policy
• Advising adjusters and insurers on the application of CPA conditions in hired plant claims
• Acted for contractors' all risks (CAR) and project insurers and re-insurers in a series of claims involving flood and/or water damage caused by defective design and/or workmanship in water service and then advising on subrogated proceedings
• Acting for a contractor and their insurers in respect of a dispute arising from the construction of a floor slab
• Acted for product liability insurers in a claim relating to the use of a proprietary product used in formwork on the largest infrastructure project in London
• Acting for insurers, reinsurers and contractors in respect of flood and property damage claims and/or issue subrogated proceedings
• Acting for insurers and public authorities defending defamation claims
• Acting for CAR insurers in respect of claims arising from a defective product incorporated into a light rail system and advising on subrogation proceedings against the supplier/manufacturer
• Defending engineers and other construction professionals and their insurers in respect of substantial professional indemnity claims relating to construction and engineering projects
• Insurance and reinsurance coverage and policy disputes (CAR/EAR, machinery breakdown, energy and professional indemnity)
