• Acting on management of a portfolio of investment properties for Danish clients with in excess of 50 sites and 300 lettings (value of properties under management approx £200 million).
• Managing panel relationship with infrastructure funder client.
• Acting for a national travel company (over 100 stores in the UK) on lettings and property management.
• Ongoing lettings and management issues for County Hall.
• Acting for Fortis Bank (Nederland) B.V. on a substantial loan to develop two distribution warehouses and ongoing negotiations for club facilities.
• Prior to downturn acting on acquisitions of all types of property, lettings of offices and dealing with wide range of property interests.
• Ongoing development of a mixed use scheme in Kilburn (value £40 million) for offshore fund including forward lettings to retail operators, redevelopment of supermarket, residential development, planning advice, dealing with utility companies.
• Advising various clients on property related contractual disputes arising from current market conditions.
• Advising on property issues arising from insolvency of chain of pubs for UK bank and administrators.
