Following a formal tender in June 2011 Kennedys’ healthcare team has been selected to provide legal services in relation to healthcare law, contracts, commercial and property advice. Kennedys will advise HealthTrust Europe in relation to contentious and non-contentious matters including inquests, consent, risk management, contract drafting, intellectual property and commercial disputes.
HealthTrust Europe is a group purchasing organisation for the public and private sectors in the UK and Europe. They specialise in healthcare procurement and have a 10-year legacy with NHS Trusts across the Midlands and London.

The legal panel appointment commenced in September 2011 for a period of three years.
