• Involved in the creation of the first D&O products in the UK in the 1980s and has been instructed on behalf of insurers on numerous claims in the UK and worldwide under such policies
• Range of experience extends from the claims emanating from the collapse of the Maxwell empire in the 1990s to the price fixing proceedings brought against British Airways employees which concluded in 2010
• Key role in the disputes which flowed from film finance insurance over the last 10 years
• Involved in many of the leading Bermuda form arbitrations and disputes of recent time
