- Product design and product liability disputes including coverage, subrogated claims and defence for all kinds of complex engineering and construction matters.
- Policy advice including the complete re-drafting of numerous major London market insurers’ property damage and business interruption policies. Has advised on numerous other drafting and policy interpretation issues including fronting and reinsurance.
- Reinsurance policy advice and disputes including acting for reinsurers on the LMX Spiral Litigation and the disputes arising from the PA Spiral cases.
