- Acted for CAR and Project Insurers and Re-insurers in a series of claims involving flood and/or water damage caused by defective design and/or workmanship in water service and then advising on subrogated proceedings
- Acting for a contractor and their insurers in respect of a dispute arising from the construction of a floor slab
- Acted for Product Liability Insurers in a claim relating to the use of a proprietary product used in formwork on the largest infrastructure project in London

- Acting for CAR Insurers in respect of claims arising from a defective product incorporated into a Light Rail System and advising on subrogation proceedings against the supplier/manufacturer
- Defending engineers and other construction professionals and their insurers in respect of substantial Professional indemnity claims relating to construction and engineering projects
- Insurance and reinsurance coverage and policy disputes (CAR/EAR, machinery breakdown, energy and professional indemnity)
