Kennedys has provided the Civil Justice Council (CJC) with its written submission in response to the call for evidence about the practical impact of the Jackson reforms. The request came in advance of a conference on 21 March 2014, which was attended by senior members of the judiciary, including Lord Justice Jackson and the Master of the Rolls.
